Heritage Trail... New York State Biking

The Heritage Trail (also known as the Orange Heritage Trail) runs on the old Erie Railroad main line, popular for walking, biking and rollerblading. Food and shops are available in the towns along the trail. Some of the road crossings can be busy but other sections are wooded and scenic, and an 1800's cemetery is of interest. The Chester train station now serves as a museum.
